Road transport of dangerous goods is carried out in accordance with the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), as well as with EU and national regulations.

The following conditions are fulfilled for carrying out the dangerous goods transport activity:
– The driver has an ADR training certificate;
– A safety adviser for the transport of dangerous goods is designated to ensure that safety conditions are met during transport;
– The vehicle has an ADR approval certificate, is placarded and duly signed and is equipped with an ADR kit;
– On board the vehicle there is all the documentation necessary to carry dangerous goods transport: ADR approval certificate for the vehicle, ADR training certificate, freight transport document, written instructions.
